A huge thanks and WELL DONE! to those who came along last week on our Winter in Lakeland walking break in Borrowdale.
We saw this amazing valley in all its moods! Our programme began with blue skies and views of snowy summits, and ended with the arrival of storm Isha and somewhat breezy conditions that were challenging and exhilarating!

Then flooded tracks and roads; rivers in spate … wonderful waterfalls; icy needles and wind blasted beach walks.☔💦🌬…
All rounded off with white knuckle bus rides; cosy cafe and pub respites; great food and company with a lorra, lorra laffs🤣🤣.
